Have you watched 'The Endless'? It's not a perfect film by any films, but I thought the way it enfolded its 'escaping a cult' narrative into vaster cosmic horror was pretty innovative and certainly ambitious.

I think one of the advantages of a weekly round up is that it provides motivation for writing.
In a similar manner to how the weekly meetings at the writing group used too.
You know that if you haven't written anything you have a bleak summary coming up 😂.
But also, the weekly round up can take into account editing which would be invisible to readers otherwise.
